Jim Hall

Jim Hall is Marketing Development Manager for Emerson Network Power. Jim is responsible for developing strategies and driving execution of programs targeted to educating IT managers and executives about power and cooling issues in data centers, computer rooms and other network locations. Jim also serves as the “voice of IT” within the Liebert solutions group and as primary liaison with IT industry associations. Jim is currently president of Blade Systems Alliance, an industry association focused on accelerating development and adoption of blade server technologies; he also serves on the board of the Central Ohio AFCOM chapter.

Jim has over two decades of leadership experience in marketing, engineering, and operations management in the power industry. Prior to joining Emerson Network Power, Jim held technical marketing and product management positions with Marconi (formally RELTEC), American Power Conversion, and Antec. He is a graduate of General Electric's Manufacturing and Raytheon's Advanced Management Programs and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois, Champaign.
