organization of server blade manufacturers, software suppliers, system
integrators, analysts, consultants, end users, and other interested parties
to serve as a clearinghouse for information about blade systems, provide a
focus for extending and improving standards, and promote their use in
enterprise applications.

Executive Members - Annual dues: $5,000
- Have a director on the Board of Directors
- Eligible for election to officer posts
- Eligible to propose and chair Technical Committees
- Have voting rights on matters put to a general vote
- Eligible to propose issues for discussion at Board of Director
meetings
- Eligible to use the (BladeS) name and membership logo to show
association
- Eligible to participate in interoperability, technical, and marketing
committees
